Cinnamon (Coconut) Toast
Growing up, my mom always made the best cinnamon toast. She made it with loads of butter and it was phenomenal (no surprise there). Instead of butter, I decided to use coconut oil to make a quick, light, and perfect breakfast and it came out just as delicious! If you need a quick breakfast that will keep you satisfied, this delivers - it has whole grains and healthy fats to keep you going!
CINNAMON COCNUT TOAST (serves 1)
1-2 slices of bread (Ezekiel Bread from Food for Life Baking is one of my favorites)
1-2 tsp Coconut oil
Toast the bread and spread it with coconut oil and cinnamon.
I don't like to use the word "easy," but this really is easy to put together!
